Job description : Commercial Litigation ParalegalOur client is currently seeking a Full-time Commercial Litigation Paralegalwith at least 5 years of litigation experience. The right candidate willbe familiar with and have experience in the discovery process,cite-checking / Sherardizing and E-Filing in federal & state courts.Responsibilities Include : - Drafts cover letters and other correspondence.- Organizes, manages and updates client files / pleadings (electronicand paper copies).- Indexes and summarizes documents and depositions.- Performs basic legal and factual research (including electronic andpaper copies).- Discovery and substantive motion support, such as drafting andpreparing, as commensurate with skill set Qualifications : Requirements : - At least 5 years relevant experience.- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.- Ability to handle multiple time-sensitive tasks.- Keen attention to detail.- Ability to work with large document intensive cases.- Proficient in Lexis, Westlaw, Microsoft Word, Excel and ADOBEAcrobat Professional.- Bachelors degree and / or Paralegal Certificate.
