- We are seeking a skilled Application Development Manager to join our team in a dynamic, hands-on managerial role. The ideal candidate will have a strong application development background, experience in code review, development, and testing, and the ability to proactively identify and resolve vulnerabilities. This role requires a balance of technical expertise and leadership skills to drive the success of development initiatives while ensuring best practices and quality standards are met.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and participate in the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including design, coding, code review, testing, and deployment.
- Perform thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and security best practices.
- Conduct vulnerability scanning and proactively address security issues within applications.
- Manage and mentor development teams, providing guidance on technical and project-related challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals align with business objectives.
- Drive issue resolution processes by troubleshooting and providing timely solutions.
- Maintain and enhance applications using technologies such as Visual Studio, Visual Basic, Java, C#, and .NET.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve system efficiency, scalability, and maintainability.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate best practices.
