• Key Responsibilities
• Representing a diverse range of clients, including publicly and privately held companies, private equity funds, venture capital investors, entrepreneurs, and emerging growth companies.
• Handling
• venture capital and early-stage financings
• mergers and acquisitions
• private equity transactions
• joint ventures, dispositions, and other sophisticated commercial transactions.
• Providing strategic
• general corporate counseling
• to clients across various industries, helping them navigate complex legal challenges.
• Managing all phases of transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transactional documents and leading due diligence efforts.
• Collaborating with partners, team members, and clients to deliver high-quality legal solutions.
• Candidate Profile
• The ideal candidate is an exceptional corporate lawyer with a track record of delivering results in high-stakes, high-impact transactions.
• Required qualifications include
• 2-8 years of experience
• working in a corporate practice, focusing on emerging companies, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, or general corporate matters.
• Strong skills in
• document drafting
• transactional project management
• negotiation
• A client-centric approach with the ability to establish and maintain direct relationships with clients and partners.
• Exceptional
• communication and interpersonal skills
• with a collaborative and positive attitude.
• A JD from an
• ABA-accredited law school
• good standing with a state Bar
• Admission to the Bar of the office location or eligibility for timely admission is required.

• JD from an ABA-approved law school
