- Candidate Profile
- The ideal candidate is an exceptional corporate lawyer with a track record of delivering results in high-stakes, high-impact transactions.
- Required qualifications include
- 2-8 years of experience
- working in a corporate practice, focusing on emerging companies, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, or general corporate matters.
- Strong skills in
