What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Tech Svc Technician (Temp 12 month assignment) position at NPAA?
NPAC Field Technical Service (FTS) is the primary NPAC support resource for our customer’s automotive manufacturing paint, plastics, pretreatment, and E Coat departments; and provides significant support to NPAC Sales, Technical, and Operations staff. NPAC FTS works full time in our customer’s manufacturing facilities, is responsible for working collaboratively with all NPAC and customer departments as technical advisors and product advocates, and must be able to identify and provide reliable solutions for commercial and technical issues to assure customer satisfaction. NPAC FTS II are highly experienced with supplied materials and associated customer process, are capable of troubleshooting product and process problems; and are able to perform any FTS work related to support of their customer(s).
Essential Responsibilities/Duties

Additional Responsibilities/Duties Facilitate communication and collaboration between NPAC departments and between NPAC and Customer manufacturing facility staff. Achieve or exceed ‘can troubleshoot’ training level for all processes and test methods needed to support assigned customer(s). |
Education: High School Diploma/GED
Experience: 3 years of field service experience; Hazardous material training.
