ELECTRICAL Project Manager (Mid to Senior Level)
Location : Reston, VA Relocation Provided
Salary : $90,000 to $200,000, based on experience, background, and location. In addition, Bonus / Profit Sharing and Equity are a great advantage to becoming part of this incredible team and company.
We are currently seeking Electrical Project Managers at all levels (Mid to Senior) to join our client's team who is one of the most sought after Electrical Construction Companies with long term stability. This is an exciting opportunity for both junior professionals looking to grow their careers and seasoned project managers eager to play an instrumental role in large, complex projects.
What You'll Do :
- Oversee electrical construction projects ranging from medium to large-scale projects ($5MM for Mid-Level) ($10MM and above for Senior)
- Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards in alignment with corporate policies.
- Manage project teams, which may include Project Managers or Assistant Project Managers, Foremen, and Area Superintendents.
- Assist with business development and build relationships with current and potential clients.
- Negotiate and prepare change orders, ensuring financial and schedule impacts are addressed.
- Prepare monthly cost reports and track project financials, including progress billing and expenses.
- Willingness to travel for site visits (up to 25% depending on project needs).
- Preference is for those willing to relocate if not located near our clients sites. These are all on-site or in-office roles.
