Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced instructors to support ongoing asbestos, lead, mold, and hazardous materials training programs across New York State and occasionally in other locations. Duties include:
- Deliver approved training curriculum in training facilities and on-site at client locations.
- Provide instruction on asbestos abatement, inspection, monitoring, building management, lead, mold, environmental clean-up, and property renovation.
- Engage and educate professionals on industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in course development and updates as needed.
- Ensure compliance with NYSDOH and EPA training requirements.
- Minimum of one (1) year of documented experience as an asbestos abatement supervisor.
- Experience in asbestos, lead, mold, hazardous materials, or environmental remediation.
- Knowledge of NYSDOH and EPA requirements for training instructors.
- Prior agency approval and teaching experience preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
