The primary focus will be on successfully delivering software solutions while ensuring necessary business process adjustments are achieved. This role demands expertise in change management, time management, organizational communication, and team facilitation to lead projects effectively through their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project plans and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Act as the liaison between vendors and the project team for issue resolution and decision-making.
- Identify and address project dependencies, risks, and areas for efficiency.
- Manage project documentation, including action item registries, risk logs, and meeting minutes.
- Develop and execute engagement strategies with external partners.
- Create and maintain project communication plans and integrate stakeholder milestones.
