Job Description
- Conduct outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification for assigned clients.
- Manage a pipeline of prospects and schedule qualified appointments for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, supporting their sales processes.
- Track and meet key performance indicators (KPIs), including:
- 200 outbound calls per month.
- 8 qualified meetings per client per month.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and renewals.
- Leverage tools and systems to generate high-quality leads.
- 1 years of experience in a sales or SDR role required.
- Experience cold calling required.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proactive, resourceful approach.
- High school diploma required.
- Competitive Compensation: $50,000$70,000 per year, including base pay and uncapped commissions.
