Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities through personal connections, targeted outreach, networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events.
- Create and execute strategic plans designed to open new accounts and effectively grow our client portfolio.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial client engagement through deal closure.
- Clearly articulate and demonstrate our unique value proposition to address client-specific IT challenges.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
- Consistently achieve and exceed defined sales targets.
- Maintain detailed, accurate records in CRM, providing regular updates and accurate forecasts to management.
- 3-5 years of successful sales experience as an Account Executive or similar role in IT Managed Services, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, or related technology fields.
- Proven "hunter" mentality with a track record of opening new accounts and exceeding sales quotas.
- Solid understanding of IT services, including Managed Services, Service Desk, Infrastructure Management, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Solutions.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and other sales productivity tools.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
