Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business through outbound prospecting, networking, and follow-up
- Manage the full sales process—from discovery to close
- Qualify and convert inbound leads generated by marketing
- Build strong relationships with SMBs and understand their IT needs
- Present solutions including managed services, IT support, and consulting offerings
- Track pipeline activity, outreach, and progress using CRM tools
- Work directly with leadership to refine sales strategy and take ownership of growth initiatives
- Position yourself as a trusted advisor and advocate for the client’s success
Who You Are:
- 2 to 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within tech, MSP, or SaaS
- Proven success in outbound sales and new client acquisition
- Self-starter with a hunter mentality—you love the chase and the close
- Strong communicator and natural relationship-builder
- Confident using CRM platforms and managing a robust sales pipeline
