Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assembler to join our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience working on an assembly line and possess mechanical knowledge to effectively fabricate and assemble products using both hand and power tools. This role is essential in ensuring that our products meet quality standards and are completed in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Assemble components and parts according to specifications on the assembly line.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to fabricate and assemble products efficiently.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all assembled items meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the factory or warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that arise during assembly.
- Operate forklifts as needed for material handling, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an assembly line or manufacturing facility is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use various hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and factory environments.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting while also being self-motivated.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $17.26 - $18.00 per hour
