Summary
Receptionist in the Stow Campus front lobby.
Job Description:
- Provides telephone and receptionist coverage for the Campus, routing phone calls to the appropriate contacts and assisting visitors.
- Ensures all vendors sign in and out upon arrival and departure.
- Assigns and retrieves badges for visitors, vendors and employees.
- Issues and maintains daily vehicles and log.
- Maintains, monitors and updates facilities lobby monitors with course and conference room schedules.
- Provides administrative support for the Division of Capital Asset Management.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
