Documentation and Experience:
- 1 years of experience as a Nursing Assistant.
- BLS/CPR
- Valid CNA or Nurse Aide License
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care by assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to implement care plans and support patients with diverse needs, including those with developmental disabilities or memory care requirements.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Utilize EMR and EHR systems effectively to manage patient information and enhance service delivery.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
