Available Positions: Multiple
Pay: $25 - $27 per hour (Blended pay)
Available Shifts & Schedule Options
- Option 1: Full-time hours with no guaranteed hours, but the possibility to pick up overtime as available.
- Option 2: Weekend Warrior position. Every weekend is required. Experience with PCC is a must.
- Option 3: Monday to Friday, every other weekend, and some holidays required.
- Provide exceptional patient care, including physical support and assistance with daily living activities.
- Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, respiration, etc.), and report any changes in patient conditions.
- Assist with mobility, physical therapies, and exercises.
- Help with personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Collect routine specimens for laboratory testing.
- Maintain accurate care records and document services provided.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to patients.
- Turn and reposition bedridden patients as needed.
- Ensure patients receive appropriate dietary care by reviewing dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, caregivers, and nurses regarding patient condition, treatment plans, and recommended activities.
- Valid VT state LNA license required.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Nursing Assistant preferred.
- Current Covid-19 vaccination card.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
