- Meal Break: 30 minutes
- Contract Duration: 9 weeks with posibility of extension
- Guaranteed Hours: 38 hours
- weekend rotation
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
- Assist in the mobility of residents, including transferring and positioning.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
- Follow care plans and report any changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations.
- Valid LNA certification.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving residents.
