Physical Therapy Operations Coordinator

Job Title: Physical Therapist Lead or Clinic Manager

Job Type: Full-Time Employee (FTE)
Pay Range: $90,000 - $140,000 (Open to Discussion)
Reports To: Regional Director of Operations

Role and Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized, evidence-based patient care with a positive and growth-oriented mindset.
• Ensure excellent patient outcomes and experiences by supervising Physical Therapists and support staff.
• Uphold the company’s mission, vision, values, and operational standards.
• Manage day-to-day clinic operations, including staff scheduling, training, and compliance with standards of care.
• Provide in-clinic coverage as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve clinic processes for efficiency and quality care.
• Mentor and train Physical Therapists and Physical Therapy Aides.
• Foster a positive and supportive work environment for all staff.
• Participate in marketing efforts to physicians, community groups, and general outreach.
• Manage clinic costs, operations, and profitability.
• Ensure proper billing and coding compliance for all Physical Therapists at the clinic.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Aides regarding schedules, training, and daily tasks.
• Consult with other healthcare professionals when developing patient treatment plans.
• Work a consistent schedule with flexibility to meet clinic needs, maintaining accurate EMR documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven manual therapy skills and proficiency in treating lower limb conditions.
• Advanced certification preferred (OCS, SCS, or other relevant certifications).
• Eligible for or holds an active Oregon Physical Therapy License.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience in staff management is preferred but not required — mentoring will be provided.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to utilize EMR systems effectively.
• HIPAA compliant and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude, punctuality, and motivation.
