Our goal is to work with local businesses to reduce their energy needs by upgrading & modernizing lighting through incentive driven projects to reduce or eliminate the costs to businesses & make energy conversion projects as simple as possible.
Sales associates are expected to create new leads, conduct audits , close projects, increase sales, and improve the overall revenue of the company.

Base plus commission
Responsibilities:
- Someone who can stay motivated and can manage their time independently
- Cold and warm calling to potential customers
- Collaborating with sales team on sales processes, techniques, and lighting equipment
- Completing lighting audits and proposals
- Managing projects to completion
- Knowledgeable with computers
- Determine energy savings potential
Experience:
- Experience in sales required
- Experience in lighting or energy industry is REQUIRED
- Passionate about contacting and following through on new leads
- Self-motivated to succeed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
