The position requires a highly flexible and responsive attitude, as the concierge will be contacted during specific hours or emergencies, depending on client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, emails, or messages from clients seeking assistance.
- Provide information about local services, attractions, dining options, and entertainment based on client needs.
- Address and resolve client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain clear and regular communication with clients to ensure all requests are handled.
- Provide updates on ongoing requests or activities, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Receiving, storing, organizing, and ensuring the safe delivery of packages or special items to clients.
- Be prepared to respond quickly , offering immediate assistance when necessary.
