POSITION SUMMARY
The Estimator organizes estimating activities of specific projects as they relate to estimating and preconstruction activities. The Estimator prepares accurate and well-crafted bids / proposals that result in awarded contracts that are profitable and maintain the quality expected from the NRP Group. The Estimator is also a key person in developing and nurturing relationships with our vendors and clients. The Estimator works under very tight time frames and is responsible for handling multiple bids / proposals and responsibilities simultaneously.
