Job Overview :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced business developer who can develop and identify direct leads to 3rd party general contracting opportunities in the multi-family industry. In developing leads that can become new business, this position will work closely with preconstruction leaders in providing both the tangible and intangible deliverables that are sought by potential clients. This position takes the lead in developing and managing client relationships in ways consistent with NRP values and business goals. This key position requires a high level of self-initiative and creativity in sourcing and building new client relationships and business.
