Description
Position Overview :
This position is responsible for managing and growing key customer relationships while identifying new sales opportunities within assigned territories or accounts. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, result-driven individual with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Essential Job Functions :
Account Management :
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their main point of contact.
Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Sales Growth :
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
Generate new leads, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets.
Client Solutions :
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions using the company's product or service offerings.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., production, customer service) to deliver successful outcomes.
Sales Strategy :
Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales objectives and revenue targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies accordingly.
Reporting & Forecasting :
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM systems.
Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
Contract Negotiation :
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to close deals that are beneficial for both the customer and the company.
Cross Department Collaboration :
Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintain high client satisfaction.
Qualifications :

3 years of sales experience, preferably in hydraulic hose or industry sales proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Requirements
Education :
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Completion of company indoctrination.
Successful completion of safety training programs.
Understanding of the company's Quality System and processes.
