Required Qualifications:

10 years in public municipality bidding, contract management, or procurement.
Expertise in Massachusetts Chapter 30B procurement laws.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and FP&A skills.
Proven leadership in high-value contract acquisition.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
