Front Desk Agent
As a Motel Office Clerk you will be doing:
· Posting and balancing charges and settlements for room sold.
· Maintaining files
· Updating information for the next day's operations Requirements
· Basic knowledge of accounting operations, mathematical skills, and computing skills.
· Entering daily sales record keeping.
· Front Desk clerk customer service skills including checking guests in and out
· Greeting guests with warm hospitality
· Check guests into and out of the hotel, fulfilling their requests during their stay, answering telephone inquiries, making reservations, and other duties as assigned.
· Assist as needed with hotels day to day functions.
· Able to work through customer service related issues and problem solve.
· Any other duties or responsibilities which might be required by a manager
· Due to the nature of our business, flexibility with our work schedules will be required to include weekends and holidays.
Requirements:
· Available on flexible shifts on Weekday, Weekends and Holidays. (SCHEDULE RESTRICTIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED)
· Must be over 18 and have a valid driver's license
· Possessing strong written and verbal communication skills as well as exceptional time management abilities
· Previous Hotel front desk experience.
· Strong computer proficiency
· At least 1 year work experience in hotel guest services or other customer service related area.
· Neat, professional grooming and presentation
· A positive attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
