Key Responsibilities:
- Data Governance & Security: Oversee data access, control, and sharing policies while ensuring compliance with accreditation requirements.
- Software Architecture & Development: Design scalable, resilient software systems and make strategic decisions on technology stacks.
- Technical Leadership: Lead Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs), document software functionalities, and guide development teams in best practices.
- Team Oversight & Training: Mentor onsite developers, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to industry standards.
- Project Management: Plan, track, and deliver software solutions using Agile methodologies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with clients and stakeholders, translating their requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Problem-Solving & Innovation: Address complex software and hardware interface challenges, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience leading software development projects and teams.
- Proficiency in Agile methodology and project management.
- Strong communication and client engagement experience.
- Expertise in data governance and security policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
