Your Daily Responsibilities :
Handle the full life-cycle recruitment process including screening, interviewing, negotiating, reference checks, and placement.

Identify and engage both active and passive candidates through calls, job boards, referrals, and networking.
Negotiate compensation packages and successfully guide candidates through the hiring process.
Continuously cultivate a network of skilled professionals to fill positions efficiently.
Maintain connections with current and past candidates and contractors.
