Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance and support to our clients and internal staff. You will troubleshoot software issues, manage computer systems, and ensure seamless operation of mobile devices. Your ability to communicate effectively and resolve technical problems will be essential in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Provide IT support for hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting and resolving problems related to operating systems and applications.
- Utilize Active Directory for user account management, including creating, modifying, and disabling accounts as necessary.
- Assist in the configuration and management of Group Policy Objects (GPO) to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Communicate effectively with users to understand their technical challenges and provide clear instructions for resolution.
- Manage mobile devices over MS Intune.
- Collaborate with server and network teams to identify recurring issues and implement solutions to improve overall system performance.
Qualifications
- Experience in technical user support in both Japanese and English.
- Proven experience in software troubleshooting and technical support roles. (Windows)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
