Position Summary: The Sales Operations Specialist II supports all aspects of operations and will assist the Marketing and Sales teams to increase sales and brand awareness, in the pursuit of on-time and accurate daily operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the production of a wide range of marketing communications
- Submit expense reports to accounting such as: Monthly Broker Reports & Expenses for sales reps
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain and order office supplies for the marketing department
Education and Work Experience:
- High School Diploma; Associates/BA degree or equivalent a plus
- 2-3 years of workplace experience with administrative duties (in a Marketing capacity preferred)
Knowledge and Skills:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position.
- Must maintain highest level of Confidentiality at all times.
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills: must have working knowledge of Excel and Word,
- Ability to multi-task, follow up, and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to identify discrepancies and take initiative to research variances and correct
Hours Required:
Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM
