Duties & Responsibilities :
- Oversee and optimize performance of a diverse commercial real estate portfolio (industrial, retail, office).
- Manage third-party property managers and leasing agents to maximize asset value.
- Analyze asset performance, identify risks / opportunities, and execute strategic plans.
- Prepare financial reports, property budgets, forecasts, and CAM reconciliations .
- Drive lease negotiations and renewals to enhance occupancy and cash flow.
- Support acquisition and disposition activities , including due diligence and financing.
- Provide timely reporting and communication to internal and external stakeholders.
