About the Role:
Project Manager (Remote-Hybrid)
Compensation: Remote flexibility, up to $140K base, $1000 month vehicle allowance, 3 -4 weeks PTO, 401k, Health, dental, etc.
Location: Herndon, VA
Required Skills/Projects:
5 years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor on Projects valued at $10M or more.
Projects: K-12 and secondary educational facilities, residential and multi-family housing, office buildings, tenant fit-outs, restaurants, churches, healthcare facilities, and more. $10M-$50M (very diverse portfolio and huge pipeline)
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
