We are seeking a motivated, experience and high-potential candidate to join our North Wales, PA facility as Warehouse Manager. The primary responsibility of this position is Inventory management, overseeing team performance, ensuring efficient and accurate shipping processes, logistics coordination, and day-to-day operations. Previous experience in a LEAN manufacturing environment preferred.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment. Lead daily meetings with staff.
- Create and communicate daily production task schedules.
- Coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments, partnering with and informing internal resources as appropriate.
- Audit, maintain and report accurate inventory

- Establish warehouse practices and protocols and implement processes and systems to achieve efficient warehouse operations.
- Positively interface with other internal departments and carrier personnel to ensure products are shipped in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and all policies, procedures and safety guidelines
- Resolve shipping and packaging issues with a sense of urgency.
- Additional duties and projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- 5-7 years related Warehouse Management or Supervisor experience in a progressively responsible leadership role
- Expertise in warehouse management and logistics procedures and best practices.
- Prior experience setting up warehouse bin location systems preferred.
- Prior experience working in a LEAN manufacturing business environment preferred.
Required Skills:
- Ability to effectively lead warehouse team members and accomplish daily duties in the warehouse.
- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to use computer including Microsoft products including Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Solid understanding of an ERP.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal; must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Strong organizational skills and flexibility to work successfully on a variety of jobs in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
- Excellent manual dexterity of both hands and precision finger manipulation.
- Ability to lift/move physical items weighing up to 75 pounds.
- Certified Forklift Operator preferred.
- Ability to perform the essential functions and physical demands of the position with or without accommodations
