Responsibilities & Duties:
- Maintain accurate real-time fixed asset records, including additions, disposals, and monthly depreciation.
- Collaborate with engineering to monitor capital project costs, track asset transfers, and report on budget variances.
- Prepare and file annual property tax returns for Nsight entities in multiple states, ensuring tax burden reduction.
- Understand and apply sales, use tax, and licensing issues on fixed asset purchases and leases across various states.
- Manage and administer capital leases, insurance claims, and certificates of insurance, and coordinate capital project audits to evaluate spending and benefits.
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum one year of experience, preferably in telecommunications.
- Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Excel, along with strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills for interaction at all organizational levels.
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and consistently meet deadlines.
