What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Leadership Development Rotational position at NSK Precision America, Inc. (NPA)?
The program works by rotating through various NSK departments over a period of approximately 24 months.
- The position will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills through previous class project work or internship experience.
- Each rotation has a project identified with cost savings objectives
- Total 24 months at NSK Precision America (NPA) with rotation schedule of:
- Quality - 6 months
- Engineering - 6 months
- Operations - 6 months
- Shared Service - 6 months
- There may be some business trips to other NSK locations for training purposes.
- The position will be responsible for a capstone project and a presentation to Business Unit Vice President.
- The long term placement with an open position will start upon successful completion of the rotational program.
Experience
Preferred- 1 - 2 years: Internship experience in Engineering and/or Business preferred
Education
Preferred- Bachelors or better in Engineering or related field
