Terms of Employment
- W2 Contract, 12 Months
- Candidates must be comfortable working onsite in downtown Houston every Wednesday. Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays are remote.
- Candidates must be flexible to work any shift during the hours of operation from 7 : 00am to 6 : 00pm CST, Monday to Friday. The starting shift for this position will be from 9 : 00am to 6 : 00pm. Flexibility is key as they could be asked to stay and work late if there is a storm, outage or high call volume.
- Candidates will have two months of training on the phone. From there, they will be cross-trained on email and online chats.
Overview
Our client is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English & Spanish) to work in a call center environment, supporting Small and Mid-Market Businesses (SMBs). The calls (and eventually emails and chats) typically deal with billing questions, service transfers, service removal, and more – handling these customer inquiries and providing timely resolutions to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves preparing correspondence, addressing customer needs, and proactively resolving issues to maintain strong customer relationships. When there are no calls coming through, there is administrative work to complete in support of department leadership.
