W2 Contract, 24 months
This position is primarily remote. Roughly twice per month, there is work in office for "moments that matter" in downtown Houston, TX. Therefore, candidates must be based in a commutable distance.
Overview
Our client is seeking an Operations Analyst to join the Contract Administration Team, focused on customer retention. The Operations Analyst will be responsible for pulling cases from Salesforce and sending early termination invoices to customers. Furthermore, the Operations Analyst will be helping with general customer contract administration responsibilities.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of experience in an Analyst position within the retail electricity energy industry.
Strong experience with all Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, to include VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
Prior experience in the retail energy industry using CRM and / or Order-to-Cash workflow systems.
Working knowledge of UDC / ISO / LDC market EDI transactions.
Intermediate skills in SQL database query development.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, with internal and external parties as required.
Established analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Customer service orientation, serving internal and external clients.
Capable of working independently and as a team member.
Ability to adapt to changing markets, systems, and processes.
Ability to obtain and analyze data with general supervision and can reason through scenarios to suggest course of action or remediation.
