Responsibilities include drafting, amending, and reviewing contracts, assisting with monthly close processes, managing service requests, and collaborating with the internal accounting team on financial reporting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming service requests for transportation on WhiteWater residue gas systems.
- Prepare and review residue service agreements, including drafting new agreements and managing existing amendments based on customer requests.
- Leverage a strong understanding of the business to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Responsible for the accuracy of all transportation agreements within the contract management system.
- Ensure contractual regulatory compliance for WhiteWater residue systems.
- Route contracts for execution by management.
- Review and audit systems for data integrity.
- Provide assistance to customers on contractual issues ensuring full understanding of their contractual terms.
- Maintain document management systems for tracking contracts, amendments, and other relevant documents.
- Assist Pipeline Accounting group with monthly close process for all residue system customers.
- Collaborate with WhiteWater internal departments to ensure contractual data is accurately interpreted and communicated.
- Perform routine and ad hoc reporting and analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent.
- Paralegal experience/interest is a plus.
- High proficiency in MS Office Excel, Outlook, Word.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Workflow and Business Procedures.
- Experience with document management systems preferred.
- Excellent problem solving, time management, analytical and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Communication and Teamwork skills required: Candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills and effectively collaborate with others to optimize team success.
