Inside Sales Representative – Call Center Environment
Location: On site 5 days/week in Sharonville, OH
Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 Commission

Position Overview:
We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic call center team. This is an exciting opportunity to earn a competitive salary and commission while engaging with warm leads in a relationship-driven sales environment. While prior sales experience is a plus, it is not required. We value a strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and the ability to engage in meaningful phone conversations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound calls to potential customers.
- Engage in relationship-based selling and build rapport with customers.
- Convert warm leads into successful sales through excellent communication and follow-up.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the team's success.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
