Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Travel RN to join the Inpatient Adolescent Psychiatric Unit. This role involves working with adolescent patients in a behavioral health setting and requires flexibility to float between shifts as needed.
As a member of the psych unit team, you will provide safe, compassionate, and therapeutic care to patients, respond to crisis situations appropriately, and support the team during various phases of admission and discharge.
Requirements:
- American Heart Association BLS (Required)
- ACLS (Preferred)
- Active certification in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI), Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI), MANDT, or TEAM (Required)
- Previous psychiatric or behavioral health nursing experience is a plus
Additional Notes:
- 36-hour guarantee does not apply during Admission/Discharge Weeks or during Cycle Break Week Unit Closure
- Must be comfortable working in a highly collaborative, structured inpatient environment
Short term facility housing can be utilized by travelers - Monthly Rate: $336.55
