What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Receivable Specialist position at NTG Staffing?
NTG is seeking a Sr AR Specialist to join the team. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with a hybrid work schedule paying $27-35 per hour. Must have 5 plus years of experience in Accounts Receivable and solid tenure. (Relocation is not being considered, must be local)
Accounts Receivable Job Responsibilities:
- Enter and process a high volume of invoices with accuracy and efficiency
- Enter invoices into various Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Collaborate with operational departments to ensure timely billing discrepancy resolution.
- Reconcile customer accounts to their VMS system.
- Review AR Aging to monitor collections on past due accounts
- Additional responsibilities and special projects assigned as needed
Salary : $27 - $35
