We are currently seeking a Tools Support - Qualys to join our team in Irving, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Job Description:

• Tools Support - Qualys
• Administer Qualys Policy Compliance to produce policy scanning
• Ensure correctness and completeness of policy scanning
• Address weekly BAU reporting deliverables
• Troubleshoot communication issues and missing scan issues
• Work with customers to integrate servers into Qualys Policy Compliance scanning
• Familiarity with Windows, RHEL, and marginally Solaris/AIX/VIOS for basic command line activation
• Ability to review Cloud Agent logfiles for troubleshooting
• Work with Qualys vendor for assistance to provide operational relief and root cause analysis
• Represent follow-the-sun support for the NAM region
• Perform work duties M-F 8-5pm local NAM time
• Address Incident tickets and customer request tickets for information collection, issue research, and policy associations
• Submit and/or support change control for import of policies
• Ability to process spreadsheets to find items of focus and significance
• Work in concert with reporting workflow team as they take receipt of scan deliverables or perform troubleshooting

Required Skills:

• 5 years of experience in providing support for Qualys
• 5 years of experience in administering Qualys Policy Compliance to produce policy scanning
