NTT DATA's Client is seeking a Bioinformatics Software Engineer to join their team in Austin, TX
Key Responsibilities :
- Write production-ready code for bioinformatics algorithms, pipelines, visualizations, and data reporting.
- Processing public omics datasets through customized pipelines and implementing ML algorithms to structured data.
- Work with internal and external scientists to productize their work, build reusable packages
- Innovate and implement new tools and pipelines, and improve existing pipelines and algorithms for different types of biological data analysis and visualization.
- Identify valuable data sources and automate data ingestion.
- Effectively communicate processing and analyses.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $40 / hour. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
