NTT DATA's Client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst with 3 years experience to obtain a deep understanding of relevant business area(s) and business processes to be able to recommend solutions and build high-quality requirements.

Job Description :

• Use a variety of techniques to elicit business requirements such as : interviews, workshops, surveys, site visits, storyboards, etc.
• Add value to the business by partnering and consulting to make recommendations and suggesting alternatives to proposed solutions.
• Understand technical options, limitations, costs, and risks and the impact to the business up and down stream.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative research and data gathering to identify key themes, trends to assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
• Conduct strategic, operational, and technical analyses from disparate sources with the goal of discovering patterns and previously hidden insights
• Collaborate with business and technical leads to successfully integrate data and business processes across systems.
• Define, analyze, design, document and implement business requirements including process and data flow, data definitions, documentation / diagrams, business, technical specifications and requirements tracing.
• Create artifacts as appropriate, such as : business case, use case, scope, requirements, process flows, and test scenarios.
• Support operational oversight of technical requirements development & testing. Triaging, resolving, and responding to issues. Documenting defects, developing remediation plans
• Utilize data analysis tools to gather insights from systems and business processes, identifying trends and opportunities for enhancement.
• Conduct Data Profiling
• Manage changes throughout the delivery process.

Qualifications :

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $45-$55 / Hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and / or company performance.
