We are currently seeking a BPO F&A Operations Processing Associate to join our team in Lincoln, Nebraska (US-NE), United States (US).

Pay for this role is $17.00hr Hours are 8-5 CST, Monday to Friday, on site at our Lincoln, Nebraska office.
Basic Qualifications :
1 year experience processing payments
2 Years Excel experience
1 year data entry
Responsibilities :
- Applying cash to customer accounts for insurance premiums using a wide variety of payments - cash, check, wire transfer, ACH, and credit card.
- Processing financial transactions that include enteringchecks into system, depositing checks using desktop deposit, scanning checks in to an imaging system, reconciling cash accounts, and reconciling group bill payments received.
- account reconcilation experience
- Resolving payment discrepancies, and working suspense accounts to ensure proper application of payments
- Corresponding with internal and external customers over the phone or by e-mail.
New hire must have a working device (such as cell phone or tablet) for the 2-Factor Authentication process
Must Pass Drug screen
Must Pass a background check with Education check and employment verification check.
