We are currently seeking a Sourcing Advisor Senior Director to join our Client Growth team. This role will work remotely from your home office located within the US with travel required to meet with clients as necessary.
Job Responsibilities Include :
- Joint Pipeline Development : Collaborate with TPA firms to establish a joint pipeline that aligns with business unit (BU) priorities and common target interests of NTT DATA and TPA firms.
- Client Identification : Identify potential clients for acquisition.
- Target Client Acquisition : Jointly pursue target clients identified through these partnerships.
- Client Engagement : Initiate early engagement with clients, often collaborating with TPA firms to shape and pursue deals. In some cases, the TPA may initiate the engagement, while in others, NTT DATA may lead the process.
- Value proposition : Create compelling value propositions in partnership with TPAs
- Competitive Take-Out Strategy : Develop and execute a competitive take-out plan
