We are currently seeking a Critical Facilities Mechanical Day Technician to join our team in Alpharetta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).

This is an on-site role in Alpharetta, GA. Only local candidates will be considered.

Role responsibilities

Operates and maintains watch over various central plant, Centrifugal Chillers, heating, and building equipment, engine generators, circulating pumps, fans, etc., either directly or remotely from a Building Automation System.
Performs unplanned repairs, and adjustments, as well as, regularly scheduled preventative maintenance according to a pre-determined schedule.
Conduct regular site walkthroughs and report any adverse conditions.
May maintain documentation such as power diagrams, network diagram and physical space usage.

Basic Qualifications

7 years of data center / critical facility operations and maintenance experience.

Preferred Skills

Advanced skills to perform complex repair and preventive maintenance of buildings, industrial systems, electrical and mechanical equipment.

Working under limited supervision, monitors building system operations and performance.

Extensive experience in maintenance and operating various central plant and building equipment, compressors, engine generators, circulating pumps, fans, etc., either directly or remotely from a Building Automation System
