We are currently seeking a Critical Facilities Mechanical Day Technician to join our team in Alpharetta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).
This is an on-site role in Alpharetta, GA. Only local candidates will be considered.
Role Responsibilities
- Operates and maintains watch over various central plant, Centrifugal Chillers, heating, and building equipment, engine generators, circulating pumps, fans, etc., either directly or remotely from a Building Automation System.
- Performs unplanned repairs, and adjustments, as well as, regularly scheduled preventative maintenance according to a pre-determined schedule.
- Conduct regular site walkthroughs and report any adverse conditions.
- May maintain documentation such as power diagrams, network diagram and physical space usage.
- 7 years of data center / critical facility operations and maintenance experience.
- Advanced skills to perform complex repair and preventive maintenance of buildings, industrial systems, electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Working under limited supervision, monitors building system operations and performance.
- Extensive experience in maintenance and operating various central plant and building equipment, compressors, engine generators, circulating pumps, fans, etc., either directly or remotely from a Building Automation System
