Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $61.00 to $64.50/hour (USD). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

We are seeking a skilled Business System Analyst to join our team for a project aimed at transitioning providers from third-party contracts for after-hours answering services to our internal service offering. This role requires a mid-level to senior analyst with strong communication skills and experience in data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Initiation: Lead the project to move providers off third-party contracts for after-hours answering services.
- Data Management: Handle data from internal systems used to page providers, track callbacks, and manage provider communication.
- Interview Process: Conduct interviews with market leaders and providers to gather anecdotal data on communication preferences (e.g., phone calls, texts).
- Data Integration: Convert anecdotal data into system data and collaborate with the technical team to configure the system.
- Data Tracking: Manage and cross-reference data from three primary tracking tools (spreadsheets).
- Communication: Maintain strong communication with leadership and stakeholders to gather necessary information without causing friction.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and project progress to stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the project lifecycle. Training: Provide training and support to team members on data management tools and processes.
- 5 years of Business System Analyst experience
- 3 years of experience with data extraction and transformation processes
- 3 years of experience with various data visualization tools.
- 2 years of proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred
- Experience with EMR (Electronic medical records) is a huge plus
- Experience in the Healthcare provider industry is a preferred.
- Experience with Genesys Cloud and Lightning Volt
