About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Feld Service Manager to join our team at NTT DATA in Whippany, New Jersey.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and innovative individual to lead a large field service team and/or supplier relationship, driving business process improvements and ensuring high performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides direct supervision to a team of operational, production, sales, service, or administrative team members.
- Sets and communicates clear expectations for work outcomes and manages performance.
- Manages a larger field service team and/or a supplier relationship.
- Coaches and mentors team members, regularly reviews their work and performance.
- Supports the leadership team in business process improvements.
- Ensures the team achieves specific performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of managerial/leadership experience.
- Minimum 5 years of negotiation skills.
- Minimum 5 years of desktop administration experience.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience with personnel and business objectives.
