We are currently seeking a Program Manager to join our team in Baton Rouge, Louisiana (US-LA), United States (US).
Role Summary : Oversees the overall engagement with stakeholders, ensuring project alignment with client objectives and maintaining high levels of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities :
- Oversees State level enterprise-wide information technology programs and projects supported by a staff of remotely distributed team members and supervisors.
- Provides strategic direction and oversight to ensure the highest quality service is provided to NTT Data’s clients.
- Develops complex solutions to business problems or customer engagements through in-depth analysis, coordination, and negotiation with key decision-makers.
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with state Medicaid and social services agencies.
- Ensures that full life cycle delivery costs are within or better than the delivery costs contracted according to the service level agreement.

- Ensures alignment of project deliverables with business goals and compliance requirements.
- Coaches and develops Delivery Management leaders.
- Identifies opportunities for growth within the client environment.

- Coordinates the hiring, staffing, and maintaining a diverse and effective team.
