Job Description: Customer Experience Lead: Mandatory Requirements Proposed staff must have four (4) years of FTE experience in one or more of the following areas: Business process modeling/mapping, authoring service design, and developing customer experience programs Proposed staff possess a bachelor's degree. Proposed staff must have four (4) years of FTE experience supporting a multi-tier service desk Proposed staff must have four (4) years of FTE experience using business intelligence tools such as Power BI or equivalent. Desirable Requirements Proposed staff has a minimum of one (1) year of FTE experience creating training documents and facilitating training sessions with team members and/or end users. Proposed staff has a minimum of one (1) year of FTE experience managing user training and help desk functions.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this role is (HOURLY 80 TO 83). Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
