Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $69,000-$109,500. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.

Once You Are Here, You Will:
- Review and audit program management documentation for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
- Work closely with project managers, coordinators, and team members to ensure project deliverables are on track; coordinate schedules, deadlines, and client support efforts.
- Manage meeting agendas and notes, ensure follow-up on action items; take meeting minutes and maintain project documentation; communicate plans, actions, risks, and issues with stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to simplify and improve processes related to program delivery; assist the Project Manager with portfolio management tasks and minor projects; provide necessary resources to team members.
- Monitor project quality measures and artifacts; analyze project data and produce progress reports; provide updates to project managers and stakeholders; facilitate meetings and reviews between instructional designers and process owners.
- Organize reports, invoices, contracts, and financial files; plan meetings and manage project logistics; assist in creating training content when necessary
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years project coordination experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Experience working with ServiceNow, Google Sheets, or SmartSheets
- Work experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Calendar, Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in health care administration, Business, Finance, Management, or related field
- Experience in project management or as a business analyst in the healthcare industry
